Terms & Conditions:

  1. Before you receive a right to a product, payment of the amount due must first reflect in our accounts before we initiate collection/delivery services of products.

  2. Product availability is subject to product availability from suppliers. If we cannot receive the product from the supplier, we will get it as soon as possible. It is expected of the clients to be patient in the event of such.

  3. By purchasing, the client agrees to all Ts & Cs and accepts their rights along with their duties. Client also agrees to our disclaimer.

  4. Facts mentioned in the FAQ suffice as additional terms and conditions of our service delivery.

  5. Rules of law of contracts of South Africa apply in general to all purchases.

  6. We are 3 immensely busy individuals and try our best to give our full and undivided attention to each client. Please be patient if response to your querry is slow. 

Why does some products have images and the others not?

Our website is newly established and is updated on a daily bases with images, products and means of improving the user experience.

How does ordering work?

Our website works with a cart system. This means that while you browse the page you can click on the item and add it to your cart. Simple and convenient.

I have my selected items in the cart, but how do I pay?

Once you have finished selecting your preferred products from our wide range of items, you click on your cart and follow the instructions of the relevant payment method. Eg; if by credit card, you simply insert your credit details required.

I have made payment for my products, but how and when do I get them?

Orders are taken from Monday to Thursday every week. On Fridays and Saturdays we notify the client to pick up their items from one of our collection offices. Alternatively, we deliver on Fridays and Saturdays, however, deliveries are charged in addition to the total amount due from purchased products. Note – If your payment was made in, for e.g., week 1, but only reflects in our accounts in week 2, your collection/delivery date will be in week 2. Generally we can provide most if not all the products on the website, within the designated time frames. However, sometimes stock is either low, or must be ordered from suppliers, in which case, our service delivery is also dependant on the services of our suppliers. If our suppliers cannot provide us with the product immediately, neither can we provide it to you immediately. Clients are expected to be patient within such event.

I have purchased an item, but I cannot collect at the given moment; can I collect it on a later date?

We will allow for collection/delivery date out of the norm, but this must be arranged with the company. Note – additional charges may occur.

Alternatively, we will hold your products till the next collection/delivery period.

I could not collect within the designated time frames, are there any additional costs for storage?

Generally there are no additional costs for storage. Dependant on what sort of item is to be held, costs may occur, for e.g. maintaining the product or any other costs incurred due to the storage of an item after the designated time frame. If delivery has been attempted and you were not at the arranged address, we charge for both delivery/attempts.

In which area do you as a company operate in/from?

As we are a start-up company, we are limited generally to only Port Elizabeth, Eastern-Cape, South Africa. However, upon special request and arrangement deliveries/shipments to other provinces/countries may be allowed. Note – Additional costs will occur for the shipment/delivery of items.
